Spring creative workshops “The birds of our gardens”. April 24-25 and May 2!

What could be better than a workshop on birds within the Château de Chamerolles. 68 species of birds nest in our park, gardens and woods. The opportunity for us to highlight them during this creative workshop where you will be able to discover these species, better understand their lifestyles and above all create a pendant light like three feathers that you will take home for your room decoration.

Good idea for your family visit...

The ideal program for families:

take part in the “birds of our gardens” workshop at 2:30 p.m.

Visit the castle and the gardens with your visiting companion "the children's booklet the birds of our gardens". It's full of puzzles and challenges to visit our monument in a fun way.

Discover our two bird exhibitions. The first in the upper gallery on the 1st floor of the “Enchanting Birds” castle. Better understand the anatomy of birds, their behavior and the links they form with us humans. The second “Feathers”, a photographic exhibition presenting 12 species of birds living in our parks and gardens. It is present hanging on our wooden barriers in the Renaissance gardens.

And what's more, all these activities are included in the entrance ticket. Enough to enjoy the Château de Chamerolles with the family.

The tip: if the weather is nice and warm, come with your picnic to have lunch on our many tables in the picnic area or by the pond in the grass or in our deckchairs.
