We invite you to discover our history during a micro-tour. Our guide will be able to give you all the keys to understanding and reading to better understand our long history of 500 years. From the Renaissance, the period of construction of the castle, to its restoration at the end of the 20th century, discover all the phases of occupation of this site which contains many secrets.

And one of the most famous secrets remains the discovery of the Promenade des Parfums, where in 14 rooms, you will be able to independently understand the evolution of toiletries, perfumery, cosmetics... between the Renaissance and Today. Furnished rooms and rooms transport you into this intimate and olfactory universe.

To continue your journey of the senses, follow a micro-visit "demonstration at the perfume organ". Indeed, our guide, alongside a perfume organ (perfumer's office), will tell you the 1001 manufacturing secrets of this olfactory essence. You will also participate in a test where odors will be recognized. Notice to amateurs and apprentice perfumers, this session is for you!

And this year, we are doing strong! A tower, never opened to the public for 31 years, will be the occasion for an unusual visit. In approximately 15 minutes, follow the guide to discover the Châtelet, this massive medieval-inspired tower containing rooms and a framework in its original state. Like a special moment, you will tread the steps of this tower like true explorers to rediscover the authenticity of Chamerolles!

In the company of our beekeeper Livestock, come and discover our hives in the park! A sensitive exploration to meet bees and their habitat to better understand their way of life. The opportunity also to discover more about honey and its virtues, the environment that surrounds you, ... Do not hesitate then in autonomy to visit our Renaissance gardens, place where our bees forage our flowers to conceive our honey sold in store!

It's a treasure hunt concocted by our teams to help you discover our park and our gardens. A visiting companion for the family and those who have kept their childish soul. Enigmas and challenges await young and old to find the “Secret word” in our notebook. Deduction, logic, practicality... arm yourself to reach the end. You'll also need a little insight to finish your exploration! A surprise awaits the children at the end provided they find the “Secret word”.
